**Update 25/02/26: We wanted to let you know that we’ve now completed and shipped our first 100 orders from this release — an exciting milestone for our small team. If you haven't received an shipping notification from us then your order is part of the next group, and we are on track to process and dispatch the remaining orders by early next week. - Thanks for your continued patience! Beauty & Bloom products are lovingly made and packed by our team, many of whom are people with intellectual disabilities. We take great care in our work, and during times of high demand things can take a little longer — but every order is handled with pride, intention, and attention to detail. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation.

We were absolutely blown away by the response to the Seven Sharp story featuring our organization. To be honest, the support was far beyond what we predicted—so much so that our systems were overwhelmed, and we completely sold out of our current stock!

What this means for your order: Because we are an IHC social enterprise powered by volunteers, every product is prepared with care, and ramping up takes a little time.

We have immediately scheduled an additional manufacturing run to fulfill your order. We are planning to ship your package during the week of Monday, 23rd February.

Need it sooner? We know some of you may have purchased these as time-sensitive gifts.

If your order is urgent (e.g., for a birthday or special event before the 23rd), please email us and let us know. We will do our very best to prioritize your order from our limited remaining reserve.

If you are happy to wait, you don’t need to do anything! Your order is safe, and we will email you the tracking number as soon as the fresh batch is ready to go.
