Thank you for supporting Beauty & Bloom Products. As a community project of the IHC North Canterbury Association, your purchase directly supports our mission. Because our shop is managed by volunteers, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Times

We aim to process and pack all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). During high-volume periods (such as after a television feature), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support of our volunteers.

2. New Zealand Shipping (NZ Post)

All domestic orders are sent via NZ Post Tracked service.

Standard Tracked (Urban/Residential): $9.00 Flat Rate.

Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days once dispatched.

Rural Tracked (RD Addresses): $14.00 Flat Rate.

Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days once dispatched.

Please Note: Selecting the correct Rural option at checkout ensures your parcel is not delayed. Orders with an RD address that have only paid for Standard Shipping may be held until the balance is settled.

3. Australia Shipping

Australia Tracked: $22.00 NZD Flat Rate.

Estimated delivery: 3–8 working days once dispatched.

Customs & Duties: The recipient is the "Importer of Record." Any local Australian GST, customs duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packed and a shipping label created, you will receive an automated email from Squarespace containing your NZ Post tracking number. You can track your parcel's journey at www.nzpost.co.nz.

5. Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframes above, please check your tracking link first. If there are no updates, contact us at hello@beautybloomproducts.com so we can lodge an inquiry with NZ Post.
