Returns & Refund Policy

At Beauty & Bloom Products, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. As a community project of the IHC North Canterbury Association, every sale directly supports our local mission.

1. Faulty or Damaged Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match the description provided, we will fulfill our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Reporting a Fault: Please contact us at support@beautybloomproducts.co.nz within 7 days of delivery.

Evidence: Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or fault.

Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund (including original shipping) will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the hygiene nature of our beauty and body products, and our status as a volunteer-led charity project, we have a strict policy regarding "change of mind" returns:

Opened Products: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or had its original seal broken.

Unopened Products: If you have changed your mind and the product is still in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Amount: Once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued for the product price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. How to Start a Return

Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Email hello@beautybloomproducts.com with your order number.

Our team will provide you with the return shipping address (our Christchurch office).

Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.

4. Processing Times

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3โ€“5 business days for our volunteers to inspect the product and process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
